DescriptionAnd release and indemnity by Edward Tierney, Matthew Edward Tierney and Harriet Mary Tierney to Thomas Mortlock against claim by reason of bond debt of Sir Mathew John Tierney part of said trust fund having been allowed at the instance of Edward Tierney to remain unpaid and uninvested contrary to trusts of said marriage settlement. Endorsed with charge upon trust funds of settlement as a further indemnity to Thomas Mortlock, 1 December 1842.
