Bequeaths money and effects (to be converted into money) to Frederick Cheetham Mortlock and Thomas Mortlock to invest and pay interest to sister Mary wife of Allen Mabbutt of West Wratting ('for her separate use independently of present or any future husband and her receipts alone to be a sufficient discharge to my said trustees'), and after her decease to divide principal between her neices and nephews, children of her brother Peter Westley of Carlton. With codicil dated 11 March 1817 appointing Frederick Cheetham Mortlock, Thomas Mortlock and their sister Mary Anne Mortlock executors.
