Descriptiona) Between Henry Cox of Limehouse, merchant, and Samuel Cox, Bath, esquire, on the one part and Henry Elbourn of Whittlesford, blacksmith on the other part. Recites will of Joseph Fairchild, late master of the ship Strenshall employed in the East India trade, died 1793. Henry Elbourn, cousin and heir at law, releases to Henry and Samuel Cox, executors, his interest in property in Little Abington inherited from Joseph Fairchild, in consideration of receiving any monies from the sale that are surplus when Joseph Fairchild's creditors have been paid. 10 April 1805.
b)To sell 5 messuages and c.130a part free and part copy hold, and 1 messuage and c.54 acres of land leased from Clare Hall, all in Little Abington, formerly the estate of Joseph Fairchild. 1. Henry Cox of Mile End Road, Middlesex, merchant, and Samuel Cox of Lambridge, Somerset, esquire, devisees and trustees to the will of Joseph Fairchild. 2. Benjamin Keene of Westoe, Castle Camps, Esq. Consideration £1,700, and £255 to be paid to the lnclosure Commissioners. 24 July 1805.
