Lease and release of 22 June1808 of a messuage and farmhouse with 1r 16p in Church St, la 3r l0p in Manor Close, 6a 19p in Hockill Corner, 7a 15p in Buck Close, 29a lr 30p abutting Mildenhall river, 2a 35p Burnt Yard opposite the mansion house, 8a 9p in Cays Meadow, 19a lr 12p in Burnt Foot Tree grounds, 8a 1r 28p in Inhams field, 22a 20p in Great South field, 4a 2r in Little South field, 14a 2r in Dunstall field, 6a lr 20p and 27a 3r 20p dispersed in the fields. John Rumbelow of Isleham, farmer, to Frederick Cheetham Mortlock in trust for John Mortlock, and to attend the inheritance, consideration £3,300. With note, [1812] that John Mortlock borrowed the £5,300 from Ann and Elizabeth Mortlock and Susan Skeeles, his sisters, and proposes to transfer the securities directly to them. [2 copies].
