The documents are now in three folders.

5. Garden labourers' and farm labourers' accounts, single or folded sheets, 1734/5-1750.
6. Miscellaneous draft accounts, 1741, 1743-50 [this may be a rental; many names repeated each year].
7. Draft debit and credit account for John Horton Junior 1745-1747; includes several references to William Hickman (see 509/7/1/3).
8. Five items relating to William Hickman 1747.
9. Copy of lease, Maximillian Western to Thomas Orbell for the house known as the Dog Tavern in Grocers Court, Cross Lane, [London?], 3 March 1712, redrafted for George Dale,10 October 1726. Yearly rent of £85 payable quarterly and 4 dozen bottles of the best Canary wine to be paid yearly 10 days before the 25 December.
10. Letter fold addressed to 'Mrs Western at Abington Hall', pencilled draft accounts on the back; enclosed is a promissory note from Robert Lagdon for £10.10s for tallow, 1 April 1746.
11. Yearly account of Thomas Western's Lord's rents and Ground rents; yearly account of Thomas Western's land tax.
12. Draft account of J. Hammond in acres, roods, perches n.d.
13. Letter requesting money to pay his rent, J.W. Matthews at Nags-head Court, Great Tower-hill, London, to Thomas Western at Abington Hall, 7 November 1745, signed 'yr most affectionate uncle'; the outer side used for draft accounts, n.d.
14. Bundle of seven fragments, mostly undated, some re-using other accounts.
15. Three fragments re-using other documents: a) Part of a receipt dated 30 October 1750 from Mr Masters, used for draft accounts. b) Ledger sheet 17, Joas Evertson, Debtor 1673-76, on the reverse, Thankfull Hepden of Burwash in Sussex, Creditor 1673; both sides re-used for draft accounts. c) Pages 4 and 5 of a Chancery deposition relating to the partnership [between Thomas Western and Charles Harvey], cites Charles Harvey and the date 1671, reverse sides used for draft accounts 1750.
16. Six fragments 1744-1748 of draft accounts.
17. [Found elsewhere in archive but relates to Thomas Western, who held land in Bishopstone, Buckinghamshire] Receipt for poor rate, church rate and rate made for collecting of church corn at Bishopstone signed with a mark by James Bonden, 1747.
