DescriptionGiving owners in 1575, 1603 and 172-, arranged with one 'intire copy-hold' for each opening showing land in each of the three fields and meadow and commonable house (between copyhold numbers 14 and 15 a list of commonable houses without lands) (pp. 1-29), followed be demesne lands (pp. 30-7), town lands (p. 38), abstract of demesne lands sold by Sir Miles Sandys when Lord (p. 39), list of Jesus College lands (pp. 40-3, 53) other lands (pp. 44-53) rectory (pp. 59-63, apparently incomplete), commonable houses held of Manor of Bourn (p. 64). At front: table of signs and abbreviations, index of persons, and summary of fields giving furlongs, statute measure in 1575 and 172- with referense to plan (ie. the furlong number identifiable in the 1793 field book) and a folio reference to a field book (unidentifiable, but perhaps that of 1718 from which the 1793 field book was copied). (A tall volume bound in tooled calf).
