Description1 November 1504. Henry Greve of Willingham to 12 trustees. Grant of messuage with curtilage. 3 November 1504. Trustees to Henry Orynell and others all of Willingham. Settlement of said messuage for uses as in Will below. nd. Clause of Will of Henry Greve relating to said house: House bequeathed to Henry Orynell who to pay 6s 8d p.a. to churchwardens (to be used by them in relief of taxes on Town) and to keep in repair. 18 April 1528. Henry Orynell and others to William Bolle and others. Memo of Settlement of said house on terms as in will above. 15 May 1594. Memo of feoffment of William Brazier and others by trustees. 20 May 1633. Similar memo of feoffment to John Brazier and others. 21 May 1669. Churchwardens and feoffees to Richard Fue. Memo of 21-year lease at £6 p.a., lessee paying taxes and keeping in repair. Cf. R59/4/1/9. March 1683. Memo of like lease. October 1697. Memo of like lease.
