George Thornhill to be allowed to let his bricks lie on piece of land, when his lease ends, in St. Mary, Islington, or St. James Clerkenwell. ..... Also parcel of brick earth off the said 4 acres belonging to George Thornhill will be sold to John Smith for 2/6 per thousand. Bricks to be made on same stacks used by George Thornhill in 1810 and to be kept separate from the brick earth to be worked by John Smith at his other stacks.
