DescriptionThe petitioner owns a tenement called Spanish Delph, which is split in two by a Corporation droveway. He asks to be granted the lease of the droveway, as he has still not received compensation for his losses. He also claims that he owns 30 acres of land near to Ship Wood, which is now in disputed possession. He asks for his land to be restored. If this is not possible, he asks for the action to be postponed until the next Assizes, as his attorney has died. One signatory.
