DescriptionThe petitioners report that some unknown persons have cut through the bank of the Twenty Foot Drain to drain water from lands in the Ring of Waldersea, even though it has not previously been used as such. They ask for the Bedford Level Corporation to refuse to grant the Ring of Waldersea permission to continue to use the tunnels. Twenty nine signatories.
