DescriptionBundle of financial papers concerning the Bedford Level Corporation's annual allotments to the drainage districts in the Middle and South Levels [for maintaining the barrier banks of each district]. Contains the accounts for Feltwell New Fen District for 1821, 1822 and 1823; Burnt Fen District for 1819-1820 and 1820-1821; Waterbeach Level for 1819-1820; the Middle Fen Commissioners for 1820-1821; and the Littleport and Downham District Commissioners for 1819-1821, 1821, 1822 and 1823. Also contains "Annual Allotments for the Banks", 1814; reports of the works done in Feltwell and Burnt Fen Districts; notes and correspondence.
