Contains the proceedings of the referees appointed to determine the joint account of the Bedford Level Corporation and the Middle Level Commissioners under the Middle Level Act [1862]; "Supplemental Abstract of the Receipts and Payments made by the Bedford Level Corporation on the Joint Account of the Middle and South Level"; proposals concerning the division of surplus; bonds with Ebenezer Bird and Edmund Henry Parker, for the proper execution of the role of Receiver to the Corporation; an agreement with the Conservators of the River Cam, for using the steam-dredging machine; an agreement with the Ely, Haddenham and Sutton Railway, for purchasing of two parcels of land in Willingham and Over; an award appointing Goodwyn Archer as the Corporation's agent to prove debts in bankruptcies; and correspondence.
