DescriptionComposite volume, containing handwritten copies of an order and two reports. Contains Richard Atkyn's report about the state of the Great Level of the Fens, which was presented to the Lancelot Andrewes, Bishop of Ely, on 12 August 1618; a copy of an order made at a meeting of the Lords of the Council of Sewers held at Hampton Court, recording that they have appointed Sir Clement Edmonds to view the state of drainage of the Great Level of the Fens; and Sir Clement Edmonds' subsequent report, which he presented to the Lords of His Majesty's Privy Council of the State on 20 September 1618.
