Details of doors; hoists; cladding for maisonettes at Cockerell Road; hand drawn preliminary sketches of advertising pillar, fireplace; sign for Gentlemen's Hairdressing; location of garages and cycle path to Leys Avenue; Shop Number 4, P Hurst, Draper; Shop Number 13, Palmer, Self Service Grocer; Shop To Let sign; proposed partition in Shop 13; diagrammatic arrangement of internal plumbing runs for Flats Type A, B, C, D and E.
