DescriptionJames Spearing, clerk to Chesterton Local Board asked for the watering in front of Huntingdon Road houses to be completed as agreed on 25 Mar 1884. Accompanied by a letter from the County Council Roads Commissioner granting the Improvement Commissioners responsibility for the maintenance of roads within their jurisdiction from 1 Apr 1889.
