(ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £800 for the payment of the said £400 by 27 March 1756 and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and to discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2) The said 4 years' annuity and all claims on account thereof. |
