Description | (1) Nicholas Brett, Spring Grove, Wye, Kent, clerk. (2) Thomas Hart and wife; Thomas Bowdler and wife; Frances Cotton; and Mary Cotton. Recites: (i) Sir John Cotton by his will of 18 April, 1750 leaving to (1) £400 to be paid by 4 years equal payments at £100 p.a. to be paid in the 4 years after his death, to come out of his estate. (ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £800 for the payment of the said £400 by 27 March 1756 and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and to discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2) The said 4 years' annuity and all claims on account thereof. |
