And 81a. of Adventure Land in Conington, Hunts in said Great Level, formerly the inheritance of Hon. Richard Spencer, Esq. with covenants therein. (ii) Bargain and Sale of 18 Feb. 1689 in pursuance of (i). Now for a collateral security for maintaining (2)'s title and for £110 and £1.3.6d. from (2) to (1). (1) to (2), in possession by lease of yesterday. Messuage in Agdon called Parcivalls Ground and 3 closes on the side of Leigh Moss (10a.) with all apps.
