John Clitherow, of the same, gent, bro. of 3.  Recites: 1) Demise of 7 Dec. 1674, which demised the Manor of Great S. called Camoyes with all apps. The Moyety of the Manor of Broughton with all apps. And all property of 2. in Great S. and  Little S. except the Rectory and  Parsonage of Great S.  2) Assignment of Term of 10 Dec. 1677.  3) Death of Anne Stone, intestate, last March. Administration of her goods granted to 1. on 8th April last. So now 1. has two moieties of the property.  Now 1. and 2. assign to 3., for £2,480 paid by 3. and  4. to 1. and £520 paid by 3. and  4. to 2.  Before mentioned property For residue of term.  2., for further security, demises assigned property to 4., from yesterday.  For 2,000 years at 1 peppercorn. |
