(1) to (2) - one barn and 3 crofts called Paperelle with apps. in Prytwell between the king's highway leading from Pritwell marketplace towards Hadley on the south and a lane called Northe-Lane on the west and the land of Richard Ryche, Kt., Lord Ryche, on the east and north, which lands lately belonged to Edith Rule, Barkyng, and more recently one messuage with adjoining yards and premises was built there, which belonged to John Perte alias Paperell, George Spottell and John Beney of Myddelton, as appears more clearly in a deed of 30 June, 1534.
