Description(1) John Johnson, Somersham, gent. John Moore, Somersham, husbandman, and Mary, his wife. (2) Laurence Rayne, Long Sutton, Lincs, clerk. Recites: (i) Demise and Deed to Lead Uses of Fine of 1 April last of 6a. in Somersham. (ii) Fine to be to the use of John Johnson for the term. (iii) Principal and interest of £20.12s. not repaid. Now Johnson with consent of Moores, and for £20.12s. paid to him by (2) and £11.8s. paid to Moores by (2), to (2). The said lot of fen ground, with indenture of 1 April last and apps., and all benefit of the aforesaid fine. For residue of term of 900 years at 1 peppercorn. Usual conditions. Endorsed: a. Re-assignment of Term. 30 May, 1692 (1) Christian Rayne, Long Sutton, widow and relict and executrix of the last will of Laurence Rayne, now decd. (2) Thomas Goodall, Bernards Inne, London, gent. (1) to (2) for £45., with consent of Mary Moore, widow of John, decd. Above- mentioned premises for residue of term with relevant deeds. b. Re-assignment of Term 17 June, 1692 (1) Thomas Goodall, Bernards Inne, gent. (2) Thomas Medlycott, Middle Temple, Esq. Thomas Washer, Lincolns Inne, gent. (1) to (2) for £45. Above-mentioned premises for residue of term with relevant deeds.
