Description | P. Johnson, York, counsel for Mrs. Mary White. Counsels that Mary White, as sole executrix, should have the will established by Decree of Chancery, a Bill of Chancery being expedient for adjusting the several interests and claims, especially those of Taylor White, who is being difficult. If John Heathcote does not choose to be plaintiff in the bill he must be made a defendant, as must Taylor White, the heir-at-law, and all the claimants and creditors under the will, to be bound by the Decree of the Court. |
