To 2 from form death of 1., for lives of James Pedley and Luce Bernard:- Annuity of £80 out of lands in Waresley and Abbotsley, occupied Joan Pye, widow of Thomas Edwards, yeoman, and James Pedley uncle to 1. To use of 2 from death of 1 and James Pedley for life of Luce. Annuity of £40 out of same lease. These annuities are for the use of Luce to make up her jointure, to £200. Witnesses: William Bernard, Richard, Pike: James Adams.
