Edward Curteis the younger of Glenburne, Esq: Reverend Jonathon Lovett Darby of Cotton, Louth, Ireland. J. Lodwick of Rochford, Essex, Esq, and Edward Foley, Lieutenant in H.M. Navy (trustees of the settlement) Manor of Tetworth and all property there as in 1829 mortgage (323 above) except that there are 1 cottages, whose occupiers are named in 5 groups: 1. Sarah Green, widow: Ann Croot, widow. 2. James Milton, Elizabeth Marks, widow and William Jenkins the older. 3. J. Knight: Richard Langford. 4. Sarah White widow William Jenkins the younger. 5. George Foster, Richard Ivers. This property is still subject to mortgage of £9000 (half the sum in 1829 mortgage the other half being charged on the Wistow property) to 3 to use of 1. till marriage then to 1 for life then for raising £350 per year for Elizabeth if she survives 1. and for raising portions for children (£2500 if there are 1,2 or 3 children, £1500 if there are above) Power of leasing all or part of property for up to 21 years reserved to 1 trustee empowered to dispose of estate if necessary with 1's consent provided that the records are used to purchase their land.
