Description2 cottages, sometime since erected by Norman on site of messuage which was burnt down and orchard and perch of land, leading to a close late occupied, J.O.Marston, in Mill Street, part of copyhold lands late of Cornelius Swan Scarbrow. 1763, Thomas Green admitted. 1791, May his widow. 1797, George Green, nephew of Thomas admitted expectant on death of Mary (then wife of William Wells) George son of Thomas and Mary Green had died. 1805, Mary died. 1813, Surrendered to use of William Wells of Gamlingay, yeoman. 1826, Surrender by Wells to C.S.Scarbrow, for £70. 1827, Surrender by Scarbrow to Norman. 1846, Mortgage (Conditional Surrender) to Mary Freshwater.
