Description2. Statements of Claim (printed) Will of George Peck Lenton of Abbotsley, farmer 6 February 1869, left all property to wife Ann and brother William on trust til youngest child attains 21 then £500 to each child and estate to go to son George and (the plaintiff) Harry Lenton subject to annuity of £40 to Ann. Testator died 1 March 1871 issue the defendants Clara Peck Luton and Alice Jane Lenton and George Lenton and the plaintiff Harry Lenton. William Lenton died 29 April 1878. Ann Lenton died 18 May 1879. Admin. granted to James Brown. Settlement of trusteeship by Brown on defendants. Plaintiff appeals for proper exercise of trusteeship.
