All that toft whereon an ancient messuage or mansion house lately stood, being in Colne, Huntingdonshire, with a close or inclosed piece of pasture ground thereto adjoining (4a) with a dovehouse therein standing, late in the occupation of John Stoakley, deceased, and now of Thomson, together with all freehold houses, outhouses, appurtenances, etc thereto belonging, late the estate of Thomas Clamtree and Anna Maria his wife, and before that of William Baron.
