TitleCovenant to surrender copyhold hereditaments of the Manor of St Ives
Description1. Taylor White of St Ives, esquire. 2. Isaac Woollaston White of Woodhurst, gentleman. 3. Matthew Wasdale, esquire. Consideration: £800 paid by 3 to 1 and 2. Recites an indenture of release on a lease for a year dated 2 September 1801 between Sir Thomas Woollaston White, baronet, of the first part, Sarah White, widow, of the second part, and others to raise £6000 in trusts. Recites numerous surrenders of copyhold properties held on the Manor of Sleape with Burstellars, the deaths of various parties to the indenture of 1801 and their respective wills. This indenture witnesses that 1 and 2 shall, at the next Manor Court, surrender to 3 all those messuages or tenements and blacksmiths and wheelwrights shop situated in the Back Side of St Ives via place called Paddlemoor.
