Description | Admission of John Fox, cabinet maker of St Ives, to all the properties held by his father, namely to a messuage called the Pitts, heretofore the estate of Daniel Cooper and Frances his wife, and before that the estate of Catherine Wade, to a messuage formerly Constables and afterwards Amey Fields in Vine Court, lately occupied by the sain John Fox deceased, to three messuages adjoining, now converted to outbuildings, to a messuage in Vine Court heretofore in the occupation of William Jarvis and adjoining a messuage late in the occupation of John Claudius Billett and now of Foreman Biggs, and to a parcel of ground in Vine Court on which a barn formerly stood abutting east on an estate late of Mary Ashton widow, deceased, westward on the pump of Vine Court, southward on part of the stable of the said John Fox and northward on the yard late of Thomas Maylin called Vine Court. |
