TitleCopy surrender of Mr and Mrs Frank to themselves
DescriptionJohn Frank, breeches maker, and Phebe his wife, both of St Ives, surrendered a messuage formerly Constables in Vine Court [as in 5799/18, but the property now occupied by John Frank], to three messuages and a parcel of land on which a barn once stood [as in 5799/18] to the use of Phebe Frank for her life, and from her death to the use of her husband John Frank. Attached is the receipt of Jos. Harris to Mr Frank for preparing the surrender and for the private examination of Phebe Frank bearing the same date
