And also a messuage in the back street in St Ives late in the occupation of John Goodes and now occupied by [...] Peacock, and with five tenements adjoining occupied by Bidwell, Chambers, Hull, Kirby and Watkins to which John Frank was admitted on 21 October 1823 on the absolute surrender of John Goodes.
