Description | Recites: 1) The assignment of 15th February, 1825 (HINCH 1/7) 2) There was then standing in the name of the Accountant General of the Court of Chancery in trust in the cause £2,977.3s.0d. Bank £3 per cent annuities, which had arisen from the savings of the 7th Earl of Sandwich's real estates. The Earl was advised that it would be to his benefit to pay off the remaining legacy of £3,000 due to 1. in trust, from this fund. Now for £3,000 to 1 1 assigns to 3 The sum of £3,000; to hold in trust for the 7th Earl as a part of his personal estate. |
