DescriptionOne fifth part of one undivided moiety in 85 Messuages, 85 toft, 85 gardens, one shamble and 10 acres of land, formerly of Dorothy Hall, widow, now of 2., lying in the p. of St. Ann, Westminster and St. Martin in the Fields, co. Middlesex, the whole of which was before the estate of Samuel Biscop Esq., deceased, and upon his decease decended to Joanna afterwards the wife of Theophilus Dillingham, and Sarah Bucknell, widow, deceased, as his sisters and co heirs or devisees, and which one fifth part was formerly the estate and inheritance of the late Dorothy Hall and was devised by her will of 1764. And also all other undivided shares of Dorothy Hall, late of James Pettit jnr., and now of 2, in all other messuages etc. in these parishes, late the estate of Joanna Dillingham, deceased, wherein 2. has any estate of inheritance or freehold in possesion but not in reversion, remainder or expectancy.
