TitleSuspension of removal order relating to William Medlock and his wife Elizabeth (from Kimbolton to Colmworth, Bedfordshire) during Elizabeth's illness.
Description"WAhereas it appears unto us through Wage-Gery, Clerk, and William Palmer, Clerk, the parishes mentioned in the attached order of removal, that the therein named Elizabeth Medlock is at present unable to travel by reason of sickness and infirmity of (body?), we the said parties do therefore in persuance of the statute in that behalf made and provided, hearby impead the execution of the aforesaid order of removal and on the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Kimbolton are hearby commanded to desists from conveying the within names William Medlock and his said wife from and out of your said parish of Kimbolton until you shall make it appear unto us that the said Elizabeth Medlock hath recovered from her said illness and may without danger be conveyed from the said parish of Kimbolton to the said parish of Colmworth as thence decided."
