DescriptionIn 1699 William Love gave £10 to the poor of the parish which was reputedly used to purchase ½ acre of copyhold land in Long Stow. This land was surrendered in 1816, and another parcel purchased in Kimbolton. The land was later sold and the proceeds invested in consoles. The income was distributed to the poor inmates of the almshouses.
