Title	Extract of notes in the handwriting of Millicent, Duchess of Manchester
Description	Possibly a draft of a letter to one of her children, mostly likely Lord Frederick. Comments on finances, payments of bills - "you must cut your coat according to your cloth". Believes he is not deliberately extravagant but he has not idea of budgetting. Spends too much on wine when it is easier to abstain altogether.
