DescriptionAddressed to "My dear Sir" but the recipient is unknown. Concerning a disagreement over the plans shown to him by Mr Hutchinson and Mr Bird, who acts for Lady Olivia Bernard Sparrow. He thinks there has been a mistake and the chancel end ought to have been taken down to the ground as the walls are rotten.
