Handwritten notes titled "How to .... a title to that small estate ... in his Great County and Goddnesse has given to me. Samuel Ainsworth" stating how he came to acquire certain properties including Noakes Farm in Felstead [Essex], a farm in Brampton, his house at Brampton (nd).

All in poor condition and unfit to be produced.
