Lease. Between: i) Henry Cooke of Huntingdon, clerk and Master of the Hospital of St John; ii) Sir Thomas Cotton of Conington. Close on Jarman's Lane als. Priory Lane, Huntingdon, late in the occupation of Thomas Beard. (6 Oct 1638).

Lease. Between: i) Robert Bernard of Huntingdon; ii) Anthony Ball of Huntingdon, butcher. Pasture including Fryers Close, Huntingdon (1 Jun 1639).

Lease. Between: i) John Maile the younger of Godmanchester, gent, "one of the Asistants of the town"; ii) Robert Bernard of Huntingdon. Two cottages, one in the occupation of Widow Maile; 73a of arable land; 6a 1r meadow; 6a of pasture and gay ground; all in Godmanchester (16 Oct 1639).
