Description	Mentions a visit by Mr Willcox to Brampton. Pressure from the bank regarding the overdue loan on Wornditch and the intention of the National Provincial not to continue with the loan. Advises that he visited Hemingford with Sir John French and looked at the mill, stating that he had not found Mr Watt keen to purchase and questioning the rental being asked. Mr Boxall asks to be advised of the net rent received over the last five years and expressed the belief that only the owners of Mrs Whiteway's house and land would be likely to buy at the current figure.
