Reciting the will of Nickless whereby he devised his messuage in the Hollow Lane to his wife for her life, then to his daughter. Hannah, the wife of James Bellamy for her life, and on her death, to her son, Marriott Bellamy, and his heirs forever. Now for £180 to Mrs. Nickless and Bellamy by Fellowes. Two messuages or tenements, formerly one, in the Hollow Lane, Ramsey, with the buildings belonging to them and the piece of land in front and at the north side of them, now in the occupation of James Scott and Daniel Behagg. |
