Messuage on the Green with a garden, yard etc now to be marked by a fence to separate it from land to the east lately conveyed by Ibberson Saunders; the lands of William Johnson and Edward Fellowes to the north, that of the trustees of Ramsey Spinny School to the east, the Green on the south and William Johnson's land to the west. With a right of way to and from the Green from the messuage over and along the roadway leading to a Close belonging to Edward Fellowes and along the north side of the property sold to Ibberson Saunders. |
