Belchier pays William an annuity of £200 while Coulson lives and on Coulson's death, William will pay Belchier £2500 at 4% from the date of the agreement. With the bond of William Fellowes to Belchier. With a bundle of letters (1762-1769) concerning payment of the annuities by Belchier and an attempt by Belchier, in financial difficulties, to borrow on the bond. The bond was discharged in 1769. |
