DescriptionBetween Fellowes and the Ecclesiastical Commissioners, Relating to a further benefaction of £100 p.a., to be met by a further rent charge of £50 p.a. The condition for such a transaction is that the Cure must be converted from a Donative to a Benefice presentative, under the jurisdiction of the Bishop; Fellowes agrees to this.
