DescriptionReciting that the Equity of Redemption in the Abbots Ripton Hall Estate has become vested in Hon. A.E. Fellowes and Rt. Hon George Richard Penn, Earl Howe, subject to the trusts etc., in the settlement of 2nd September 1875, and the 2nd Lord De Ramsey's marriage settlement of 11th July, 1877, and that further sales of land have been made to G.N.R. and that £460:19s:6d. has been paid as a result to the Karslakes. Now J.P.Karslake, as surviving mortgage, to A.E. Fellowes and Earl Howe. £24,000. Land as in R32/9/20, except the portions sold to G.N.R.
