DescriptionGeorge to Richard Fellowes of Ramsey, Esq; £100. 1 acre of land or meadow ground in Thrapston, being part of Crow Meadow, and now staked out and divided from the rest of the allotment, bounded on the north by parts of the allotment conveyed to James Fellowes and Edward Fellowes, on the south by part of the allotment conveyed to Edward Fellowes the elder and others, on the east by land in the possession of Abbott and on the west by the River Nene, together with a right of road way or passage of the width of 18 feet to and for Richard Fellowes, his heirs, assigns, agents and servants, to and from the Turnpike Road of Thrapston, through and over the lands and pieces of the allotment conveyed to Edward Fellowes the elder, James Rust, William Medland, the Duke of Dorset and William Summers, abutting on the land of Abbott on the east, subject nevertheless to a right of road way or passage through the lands released for James and Edward Fellowes the younger, their heirs, assigns, agents, servants, and workmen, to and from the Turnpike Road leading from Kettering to Thrapston.
