William Marritt surrenders his copyhold tenement in the Man. of St. Ives to the hands of the L/Manor and customary tenants to the use as expressed in his last Will and testament. Document signed by members of the Jury Memorandum of surrender, in similar form by: John William. Ellenor Moore, John Wood, Howard Bond (1657). William Taylor (1656). Thomas Pepper, Deborah Wells, John Ibbott, John Simpson, John Simnell (1656). Robert Parrett, John Beale (1657) Appointment by the Jury of the Man. Court to make John Beale Steward for the following year and then to make Thomas Abbott steward the next year (signed by every member of the jury) List of tenants of Man.
