DescriptionSimon Michaell of Offord Darcy, gent, am indebted to Nicholas Sephton of Offord Cluny, for the sum of thirteen pounds of lawful money...being the remainder of the purchase money due for 3 acres of land...lying in the fields of Offord Cluny, and for the crop now thereon growing, to be paid to the said Nicholas his heirs etc etc at or upon the nine and 20th day of September next ensuing the date thereof. To the payment whereof in manner as aforesaid I appoint myself, my heirs...in the small sum of £20 of lawful money...sealed the year above first written
