DescriptionRobert Burnaby of Brampton, gent, and James Cosins of Graveley, Cambridge whereas by Indenture of the same date, John Hammond D.D., Prebendary of the Cathedral Church of B.V.M. of Lincoln..of the Prebend. of Brampton, Huntingdon, for considerations therein mentioned did sell...to ROBERT BURNABY...all the Manor Prebend. of Brampton, with all rights and appurtenances...and the Rectory and Parsonage of Brampton, with appurtenances, buildings, land, meadows, woods, common rents, tithes, oblations...Court perquisites, Court usage...writs and estrays, goods and chattels of felons, fugitives, and outlaws...out of the said estate devises unti JOHN HAMMOND or such other Prebendary the Advowson, donation and free disposition, the presenation and right of parsonage to the vicarage of the Church of Brampton. This Indenture witnesseth that for the sum of £200 the said RIBERT BURNABY does lease to COSINS.. the Manor and Rectory of Brampton.
