DescriptionRefers to recent partnership with sons John Cheetham and Frederick Cheetham, his agreement to convey Abington estate to son Thomas with power to dispose of same to pay any bank debts, and his marriage settlement by which Pampisford estate was settled on wife Elizabeth, with power to charge same with £3,000 to any of their children. Bequeaths Pampisford estate to son Thomas in trust to pay children Elisa, wife of Rev. John Kaye, and Mary Anne, Edmund, William, Charles and Thomas £2000 each, to son John £100; son Thomas to be executor and to hold rest of property in reversion in trust to pay his mother £200 annuity; furniture to be divided equally after his wife's death between Thomas, William and Mary Ann; to son Henry £1000, and £100 annuity to Mary Ann as long as she remains single; money for rings to dear friends Lady Hammet, Louisa Hammet and Rev. John Kaye; profits from remaining 21 years of the partnership,after paying Mary Ann's £100 annunity and wife's £200 annuity to go to Thomas and William, paying therefrom to Frederick £1000 and to Elisa £500; all the rest to Thomas and Frederick jointly. Proved at Canterbury, 05 September 1816.
