DescriptionRefers: to partnership agreement for 21 years between John, John Cheetham and Frederick Cheetham Mortlock which lasted from 5 July 1814 to 5 January 1816, whereby general balance of bank to be taken and any bankrupt transactions to belong to John Mortlock and Frederick Cheetham Mortlock, if John Mortlock died within 21 years the bank profits to be shared equally 3 ways; of William Mortlock disclaiming his share of the bank profits, 1817; the partnership is dissolved as from 5 January 1816; and John Cheetham Mortlock releases all rights and interest in bank to Thomas Mortlock and Frederick Cheetham Mortlock who are to pay all bills and debts owing.
